Office Visits
Please book an appointment for the most concerning issues only. It’s better for you and other patients waiting their turns to be more specific in your complain.
Walk in/Urgent Visits
We will do our best to book you in, Our staff physicians will take care of you and they will not prescribe Narcotics or Triplicate medication to non-regular clinic patients.
Waiting Time
We try to stay tuned to the scheduled time as much as feasible, in cases where emergencies happen we ask for your patient.
Should the waiting time be unusually long, Please accept our apology and feel free to reschedule your appointment if not urgent.
Returning Telephone Calls
It is not a custom for our staff doctors to return telephone calls during a busy office day, Please be advised to schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss your concerns in person.
Prescribing Refills Over The Phone
During an office visit you will be given a prescription for enough medication to last till the next visit.
Please plan ahead and make an appointment before your medication runs out, most prescription are intended to be for a three-month supply, however some may be longer or shorter depending upon the medical condition.
Complete Physical Examination
Patients are encouraged to book an annual complete physical examination.
Test Results
Test results are available 10 – 14 days after requesting.
We will contact patients in case of abnormal results otherwise patients are required to make follow-up appointments to to discuss the results of blood work and for diagnostic imaging tests.
Referral to specialists

We ask for your patience as some of these referrals may take longer than others.
Non-insured services
Patients may not be aware that not all services are covered by Manitoba health.
These include sick notes , certain procedures and examinations as well as form completion. don’t hesitate to call us if you have questions regarding these charges.
